Delete your account

Delete it yourself, straight away

Sign in and open Settings → Delete your account. You confirm with your password and the account is deleted immediately — no waiting and nobody to ask.

If you cannot sign in, email info@thecareroyal.com from the address on your account with the subject Delete my account. We confirm within 2 business days and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• • Your sign-in credentials and authentication record
• • Your name, email address and phone number
• • Your profile, availability and any documents you uploaded
• • Your messages and notification settings

What is kept, and why

Some records cannot be erased on request because the law requires an employer or care provider to keep them:

• • Timesheets and pay records — retained for 4 years, as wage and hour law requires.
• • Care visit records — retained by the agency that employed you, as their own record-keeping obligations require.

These are stripped of your contact details and kept only as the employment record they have to be. They are never used for marketing.

If your agency created your account

Caregivers and family members are usually invited by an agency. Your personal data is still yours and we will delete it on the same terms. The agency keeps its own operational records, which is their obligation as your employer or care provider, not ours.
