You are deciding who comes into your home, so you deserve to know exactly what we are and are not doing.

  • We do not vouch for anyone. The Care Royal connects families, caregivers and agencies. Background checks and hiring decisions are made by the agency, or by you if you hire directly, and the rules differ by state. Ask what checks were run, and ask to see them.
  • We never hold your money. You pay the caregiver or the agency at the rate you agreed. No escrow, no platform wallet, no deposit sitting with us.
  • We do not claim national coverage. We open area by area. Enter your zip and we will tell you honestly where things stand where you live.
  • We are not a medical provider. Nothing here is medical advice. In an emergency, call 911. Skilled care is delivered by licensed clinicians through an agency.
  • We do not sell your information. When you send a care request we transfer it to caregivers and agencies in your area so they can contact you — that is the whole point of sending it, and the form says so before you submit. Agencies pay us for software, not for your details, and nothing goes to advertisers or data brokers.
  • We take no cut of an agency's revenue. Agencies pay a software subscription and keep their own clients and their own Stripe; pay is calculated in-app and they pay staff directly.

    • You will not be bugged. People contact you once about your request — there is no automated follow-up sequence from us.
    • Your details go to caregivers and home-care agencies near you so they can contact you — nobody else. Never advertisers, never data brokers, never resold.
    • You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
